The Scott Boudin Festival is held in early April each year, right here in my home, Scott, Louisiana, the official Boudin Capital of the World. Probably my favorite festival of all in the area. Boudin is, hands down, one of my favorite foods of all so celebrating it is a great idea to me! The best of the best boudin makers from the area are there selling boudin cooked in several different ways, from regular links of boudin to boudin balls to cabbage rolls filled with boudin, just to name a few! The Boudin Fest is a 3-day family-friendly event with lots of local music, arts and crafts and several local vendors. I hope y’all enjoy the images from today as much as I enjoyed getting them.
If you see something you like or would like to know more about it just click the image open and click the “i” at the bottom of the image and the name of the image will tell you who the artist/business is that sells it. Most of them are on Facebook or the Web. If you’re still not sure, feel free to contact me on the Lovin’ Louisiana Facebook page and I will try to point you in the right direction. I want to thank the vendors & artists who were kind enough to let me take photos of their items today. I met some great people and saw some old friends. Enjoy and share with your friends & family.
